We love going to the Flower Market in Autumn.  Flowers and foliage this time of year are defined by the change of the season.  As leaves on the trees turns colour into russets and reds, here at the Cambridge Flower School we take advantage of the gorgeous array of gold roses, red dahlias, red berries, twigs and foliage to brighten up the cooler days.

You can be inventive - use apples on sticks in your arrangements, pumpkins and gourds - look in your supermarket and garden for inspiration.
