A Summer Flower Festival

If you love flowers then one of the best ways to work with them is to get involved with your local church.  No longer musty and outdated, many churches allow you free reign to let your imagination run wild!  You may be asked to do designs a set number of times a year (on the rota) or just help at major occasions such as Harvest Festival.   You may get a budget or you may have to provide the materials yourself.  

Recently we got involved in Sarah's local church Flower Festival to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.  Our choice was Norman Hartnell, dress designer to the Queen!
