Vase of Flowers

Yes, sounds so simple!  What do you do with than fantastic bunch of flowers you have been given?  Always wonder how on earth to do them justice in vase?  Well this is for you!

Packed full of summer flowers you will leave brimming with tips on how to get make that magical vase of flowers.  We look at vase types, sizes and what not to use!  How to get your flowers to stay in place and all without foam.

We will showcase different techniques depending on type of vase and then you will create your own design using flowers that you could typically cut from your own garden or buy from the market.

The workshop includes all the flowers, foliage and sundry items that you need to complete the design.  You will also be provided with a vase to use!

You will also be provided with tools to use during the session.   If you wish to purchase tools and sundries, we have these available and can be purchased during the session (please bring cash for any additional purchases).

We suggest you bring your camera to take photos as a reminder of what you have learnt during the session.

We would recommend wearing  comfortable shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting wet or dirty (as flowers involve a bit of both!)

This workshop is held at The Cambridge Flower School, Newton Hall, Newton, Cambridge CB22 7ZE.
