10am - 1pm
Level: Beginners/New Skills
Big swags of garlanding - perfect for the mantelpiece or draped down your staircase or even for the centre of your dining table! Using mixed winter foliage you will create a 1.5 metre length of foliage garlanding. You can adorn with a mixture of seasonal decorations perfect to see you through the festive season or leave perfectly natural.
We will have all the basic sundries for sale during the session, so if you want to make more when you get home, you can create as much as you like!
The workshop includes all the flowers, foliage, ribbons and containers that you need to complete the item(s).
You will also be provided with tools to use during the session. If you wish to purchase tools, we have these available and can be purchased on the day.
Refreshments, mulled wine and homemade mince pies are provided on this Christmas workshop.
We suggest you bring your camera to take photos as a reminder of what you have learnt during the day.
We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting wet or dirty (as flowers involve a bit of both!)
This course is held at The Cambridge Flower School, Newton Hall, Newton, Cambridge CB22 7ZE.
The full fee is £95.00
