Garden Flowers - home grown
Saturday 9th May 2020
10am - 1pm
There is something magical about the early summer and the variety of flowers we have available throughout our own gardens at home.
This Saturday morning workshop will give you the opportunity to understand how to condition, prepare and work with the flowers in your garden.
During the workshop we take inspiration from the garden itself and design a free flowing foam free arrangement in a gorgeous vintage inspired urn using locally grown flowers that you could typically have in your own garden at home. Everything is provided and you can re-use the container at home time and time again!
All refreshments and locally baked home made cake are provided.
Only 12 places available - so book soon!
The workshop includes all the flowers, foliage and ribbons that you need to complete the item(s).
You will also be provided with tools to use during the session. If you wish to purchase tools and sundries, we have these available and can be purchased during the session (please bring cash for any additional purchases).
We suggest you bring your camera to take photos as a reminder of what you have learnt during the day.
We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting wet or dirty (as flowers involve a bit of both!)
This workshop is held at The Cambridge Flower School, Newton Hall, Newton, Cambridge CB22 7ZE.
The full fee is £95.00.
You can book this workshop on online or call us on 01223 655661.
Once you have booked your place(s) we will email you further details of the workshop including a location map with how to find the venue.
