Wednesday 13th June 2018
6.30pm - 9.00pm
Midsummer's Eve is the time when fairies come out to play! Celebrated in 2018 on June 24th, our evening Midsummer Halo workshop will ensure that you are not spirited away by the fairies ...
This workshop is for complete beginners, so previous experience of floristry or working with flowers in required.
You will create a birch base and then learn how to decorate with seasonal flowers, ribbons and fairy dust! You can then take home and hang on your door or use a table centre.
We will start the evening with scones, cream and strawberries on the lawn (weather permitting).
The workshop includes all the flowers, foliage and ribbons that you need to complete the item(s).
You will also be provided with tools to use during the evening. If you wish to purchase tools, we have these available and can be purchased during the session.
We suggest you bring your camera to take photos as a reminder of what you have learnt during the day.
All refreshments are included.
We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting wet or dirty (as flowers involve a bit of both!)
This workshop is held at The Cambridge Flower School, Newton Hall, Newton, Cambridge CB22 7ZE.
The full fee is £80.00
You can book your workshop online or call us on 01223 655661.
Once you have booked your place(s) we will email you further details of the workshop including a location map with how to find the venue.
