Wedding Costings & Quotations
Tuesday 25th July 2018
10am - 3.30pm
Are you new to floristry or training to be a florist and need to understand the complexities of weddings, costings and buying? There is so much to take into account - the cost of seasonal flowers, your time, travel, cost of additional help and so much more! Working out a quotation takes research and time.
This course is an invaluable tool to get the most out of a budget, flowers and time planning. Using project management techniques you will learn how to ask the right questions, be prepared at the initial consultation and then work out the costings for the flowers, foliage and sundries. We work through a complete wedding project from start to finish looking at planning, flower quantities, pricing at retail, quotations, payments and delivery costs (plus hidden costs!).
On completion of the course we provide you with all the tools (including a spreadsheet to help you work out all the quantities and costings) so you are fully prepared for weddings in the future.
