Summer FlowerFest 8th & 9th July
Making the most of the abundance of stunning summer flowers and foliage you will mix vintage containers with kitchen cupboard basics; we love reusing. We will also use dried flowers in our designs - perfect for some longevity!
This is the perfect opportunity to not only learn new skills, meet new people (and don't we need that now) and have a couple of days just for you. Whether you are completely new to floristry or looking for new ideas and the opportunity to put them into practice - then join us for a fabulous 2 days of creativity. All designs will be sustainable - whether mixing vintage with new or creating our own bases to reuse from wood, moss, natural materials and so much more...
Learn the beautiful art of floristry
The Cambridge Flower School offer a range of floristry courses and workshops for anyone with a love of flowers, an interest in flower arranging or looking for a complete career change.
Our 5 day Floristry Career Course and 5 day Wedding Career Course are offered throughout the year and can be combined one week after the next or at completely different times of the year. These professional floristry courses are based on both real practical floristry skills and the business side of floristry and are for those who dream of opening a florist shop, developing a creative business from home or looking to specialise as a wedding florist.
For those who just love flowers our Workshops are the perfect balance. We often have sisters spending the day together, mum's and daughters working side by side or good friends attending workshops together and they make the perfect gift for anyone who loves flowers!
Our floristry courses and workshops are held in the beautiful village of Newton, south of Cambridge and not far from the Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk borders and easily accessible from London and Birmingham.
