Our Story

Welcome to The Cambridge Flower School!  We are a leading independent flower school, set up in 2014 and run by a team of experienced florists and tutors, unleashing the potential of every floristry student.  We attract students from across the globe to learn the skills to setup and run their own successful floristry business.

Our students benefit from an ever changing curriculum to reflect the moving trends of floristry, whilst still teaching the underlying skills and "real floristry" that are at the core of all florists do.  All of our professional courses are sustainable and we use biodegradable, reusable or compostable materials.

Our floristry courses and workshops are led by the tutor, you watch and learn and then it's your turn.  Step by step you build your design with the help of the tutor by your side.  You will find every session full of encouragement and inspiration with a warm and friendly welcome.  You will leave full of confidence.

The Cambridge Flower School is based not far from Cambridge in a converted grain store with fantastic vaulted ceilings, beams, and lots of room to be creative.

We take regular breaks throughout the day.  You will find a dedicated room for you to have your lunch whilst you relax and recharge for the next session and chat with your fellow students (great friendships have been forged over the years and many still work together on wedding and event projects!).
