All in the preparation...

Like any business, there is plenty that goes on behind the scenes at the school in preparation for the courses and workshops.

One person who is very special to the school is Jan - she conditions the flowers, cuts foliage in the grounds, and generally makes sure that the school is perfect for the next course.  Without her, we are stuck!

Our flowers are delivered to us very early in the morning (often 5am) and then we get to work cleaning buckets, conditioning the flowers and getting the classroom ready for the next course.
