Autumn Saturday

£245.00

Description

Saturday 27th September 2025

10am - 4pm

Autumn!  The change of colours with reds, deep pinks, oranges and golds.  The end of harvest and a time to celebrate.

On this Saturday workshop we use these changing colours to create two designs that you can take home.

In the morning we use flowers such as Hydrangea, Berries, Helenium and September flowers to create an Autumn garden inspired design in an elegant urn.  Using a chicken wire base you will be able to reuse the container again and again.  Learning these important skills will change your flowers at home forever!

In the afternoon you will create a hoop design on a rope base.  Using dried flowers, grasses and foliage this is perfect for your front door or even to hang above a fireplace as a piece of artwork.  Learn how to dry your own flowers at home!

Everything you create is yours to take home including the containers and flowers.

Held at The Cambridge Flower School, Old Grain Store, Chittering, Cambridge CB25 9PH

"Really thoroughly enjoyed it. Made to feel really comfortable as a beginner to floristry. Really well taught and demonstrated. Loved the 3 aspects to it as well I've come away knowing a lot more than I did this morning - would love to come back for another course someday soon. Thank you!."

Loved this workshop. Really friendly and therapeutic to come to this class. I am a complete beginner but felt that didn't matter at all.
