Looking for a general overview of floristry and have no idea what course you really need or want to do? The school’s one day beginners floristry is designed to introduce you to floristry with lots of practise during the day. During the day you will create a hand-tied bouquet, a buttonhole and an arrangement in floral foam to show you different techniques from the three main floristry areas: gift, wedding and funeral.
Where can I go from here?

"Absolutely brilliant day! I have never done anything like this before, or any floristry before, I can't believe how much I have learnt from one day. The teaching was just the right pace and everything was done thoroughly and with care. It has been such a therapeutic and lovely day and we were made to feel so at ease. Thank you!"
"Excellent friendly workshop. Superb way of learning re: step by step instruction. I will be returning for another course, Sarah was a natural teacher."
The workshop includes all the flowers, foliage, wrapping, ribbons and containers that you need to complete the item(s).
You will also be provided with tools to use during the day. If you wish to purchase tools, we have these available and can be purchased on the day.
We suggest you bring your camera to take photos as a reminder of what you have learnt during the day.
We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting wet or dirty (as flowers involve a bit of both!)
Lunch and all refreshments are provided on this workshop.
