Are you new to floristry or training to be a florist and need to understand the complexities of weddings, costings and buying? There is so much to take into account - the cost of seasonal flowers, your time, travel, cost of additional help and so much more! Working out a quotation takes research and time.
This course is a invaluable tool to get the most out of a budget, flowers and time planning. Using project management techniques you will learn how to ask the right questions, be prepared at the initial consultation and then work out the costings for the flowers, foliage and sundries. We work through a complete wedding project from start to finish looking at planning, flower quantities, pricing at retail, quotations, payments and delivery costs (plus hidden costs!).
DETAILS
This is a theory only course and aimed at florists who have already undertaken one wedding or more, but need additional help ensuring they are profitable.
Note: We cover quantifying for weddings on the Wedding Decorator, however we have found that many students need in-depth help with all areas of wedding planning - which this masterclass includes. If you have attended The Wedding Course or/and The Wedding Decorator this masterclass will compliment both.
You will need to bring a packed lunch with you.
